Intranet Delivery:
This option is preferable for those corporations whose individual offices have similar needs and/or have access to a company intranet or email capabilities.
- A designee at the corporate office selects the inservice topics that meet the learning needs of their paraprofessional employees at all locations.
- The staff at In the Know sends the selected inservice files to the corporate office in CD-ROM format for inclusion on the company intranet or transmitted via email attachments.
- The corporate office is responsible for posting the files to the company intranet or sending emails to the participating locations.
- Each inservice may be downloaded from the intranet/email and utilized as often as desired by the nursing supervisors of each participating location.
Standard Delivery:
This option is preferable for those offices who have individual needs and/or do not have access to a company intranet or email capabilities.
- Each location selects the inservice topics to meet the needs of their employees.
- Management personnel in each location are responsible for selecting their desired topics.
